The Ocean Probe is designed for static measurements at great depth. It is used at over 2000 m depth, and is intended to be mounted into exploratory devices. Click on the link to download the brochure.
The Ocean probe can also be fitted to the Model 505 transmitter, which has an output signal of 0-5V. This is intended to be used connected to a data logger and forms a useful device for environmental monitoring. It can be powered by solar panels. This version of the Ocean probe has a connector. The Ocean is, however, often supplied with leads for mounting into a sonde.
